Health, Dental, Vision Insurance; FSA & Optional Insurance
ACS contributes to health, dental, and vision insurance premiums. Employees can participate in a Flex Spending Account (FSA) and purchase voluntary insurances.
PAID HOLIDAYS
ACS offers eight (8) paid holidays per year. They are: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 Days), Christmas (2 Days)
PAID TIME OFF
Employees accrue PTO based on years of service. 8 hours per month (first year), 12 hours per month (years 1-9), 14 hours per month (10+ years).
ACS 401(K) PROGRAM
Auto enrollment at 6% contribution after probationary period. Employees can opt out or change contributions on the TransAmerica website. ACS matches employee contributions up to 4% of earnings.
SHARED LEAVE DONATION POLICY
Employees can request donated paid leave if they have exhausted their own leave balance due to medical reasons.

Community involvement
ACS is deeply involved in its local and regional community. Through networking with local high schools and technical colleges, the company works to develop local talent and provide them with entry level positions in aerospace. ACS invests in its employees, providing internships, on-the-job training, and career development that both builds a strong, skilled team and provides opportunities for those entering the industry to remain in their communities with good paying jobs. An active member of the Morgantown Chamber of Commerce, ACS works to develop formal programs that train local talent and attract new talent to the region.
