We partner with companies to fully support performance enhancing aerospace composite solutions. As a comprehensive composite manufacturing facility that utilizes a variety of composite materials, we work with you through the entire process, from final design to regulatory certification. Our industrial design and manufacturing experience includes 1,000-gallon external and 750-gallon internal fire suppression tanks, axillary fuel systems, and utility tanks.

We begin by building a collaborative partnership with you then work with you through several steps that result in a successful, certified final product. In the first step, we review your full CAD drawing for your part. We then build the required tooling to craft the part followed by creating a rapid prototype of your part. From there, we use the prototype to test and refine the design before fabricating your full-size, complete part in-house.

We produce the final part and perform complete finish work, including paint. The part is then tested as we gather all the data required for certification. When testing is complete, we assist with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory approvals. Upon certification, we begin producing the part in small or large batches.
