Military Aviation Composites Solutions

We are a comprehensive composite manufacturing facility that partners with military aviation contractors to fully support performance enhancing aerospace composite solutions. Our military aviation experience includes ISR aircraft enhancements, ballistically tolerant auxiliary fuel tanks, new drone production, and carbon, fiberglass, and Astro quarts pods and radomes.

We begin by building a collaborative partnership with you then work with you through several steps that result in a successful, certified final product. In the first step, we review your full CAD drawing for your part. We then build the required tooling to craft the part followed by creating a rapid prototype of your part. From there, we use the prototype to test and refine the design before fabricating your full-size, complete part in-house.

We produce the final part and perform complete finish work, including paint. The part is then tested as we gather all the data required for certification. When testing is complete, we assist with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory approvals. Upon certification, we begin producing the part in small or large batches.
